TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

New Accounts:     All new accounts must complete the New Account Application. First order must be paid with credit card.  Download New Account Application

 

Payment Terms:  All New Accounts, first order must be paid with credit card. All orders are shipped prepaid or C.O.D. unless credit is approved.  To request credit terms, please submit a signed New Account Application with requested information complete.  Our terms are 2% discount for invoiced merchandise if payment is received within 10 days of date of invoice or net 30 with credit approval.

 

Account will be charged a $50.00 service fee for NSF checks.  If legal action becomes necessary, it shall be instituted in Delaware under Delaware law.

 

Pricing:  Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Orders:  The minimum opening order is US $100.00 and must order 2 or more of each design unless otherwise specified; minimum re-order is $100.00 and quantities apply as in initial opening order. All orders are subject to a $3.75 Handling Fee.   Custom Decor ships backorders valued $50.00 and over unless otherwise specified; backorders under $50.00 are subject to cancellation.

 

Shipping:  All orders are shipped via UPS.  All claims must be reported within 3-5 business days of receipt of merchandise.  All product damages and shortages occurring in transit are the responsibility of the customer.  Claims should be filed directly with the carrier.

 

RA:  Return Authorization Forms must be requested for Guaranteed Sales Program.  This form must accompany all returns to be accepted.  Please call our office at 800-441-8818 to request your form.  Returns for Guaranteed Sales Program, must be shipped at customers expense.

 

Guaranteed Sale Program:  ONLY FLAGS QUALIFY FOR GUARANTEED SALE PROGRAM (with the exception of 3-D and Collegiate, as they are not returnable under this program).  All other sales are deemed final.  All flags must be returned within 6 months of order date.  They will not be accepted if returned later than this.  The flags need to be in original packaging and in saleable condition.  This credit can only be applied to a future purchase.  Please send all returns to our physical address not our P.O. Box.
